I always get migraines. I have for as long as I can remember. But I do not get them often enough to qualify for migraine treatments. Usually the only thing that works for my worst migraines is Excedrin. This did not help with my worst migraine but it did help with regular headache and aches and pains. The tablet is rather small and blue. It is easy to swallow. The bottle says that 2 every 6 hours or so. I have yet to need to take a second does for normal headache. It did not touch my migraine though. Over all it is a nice pain killer. Perfect for taking in place of Tylenol. Even though it did not help with migraine I am pretty happy with this.
