I have been taking these hoping that I would find some the energy that I used to have. No such luck yet... I was afraid they would make my stomach hurt and make me live in the bathroom. The did not thankfully. I have noticed that I have lost a bit of weight which is nice because my scale has been stuck for a couple of months now. My stomach is flatter and less bloated so over I am happy with this.
