I have never really done dance before but I was in the color guard in high school and we did a lot of stretches and stuff that dancer do. I thought this would be a great addition to my workout. I havent done stretches and workout like I used to in forever. I really like that it came with a book and a little bag to store it in. It is a nice pink color with white writing on it. It feels sturdy and like it will last a while.
