I have been asking my self what was a thinking more often than not. Today was no different. I slept half the day and took a walk later than usual, now I am sun burned. Then I decided I should try to make little pies with the pasta maker. That did not go very well. I spent at least 3 hours trying to make little pies with a 2 year old. The pasta pal wasn't bad. It was just me and the fact that I had help from my little helper.I rolled the dough a little to thick and put to much strawberry goo in the center. They do taste very good though! Looking forward to trying it again at a later date!
