I have 3 dogs, 2 of them have long fur. This is a very nice tool to have around. It helps get rid of mats and tangles so they can be brushed a groomed at home. This rake saves us a ton of money not having to take them to get get groomed as often. They aren't super fond of it but they don't seem to mind it too much. It also helps get rid of loose hair as well.
