I drink a lot of hot teas, mainly loose leaf teas. I really enjoy drinking this one. It is spicy but not too spicy. It smells AND tastes amazing. Some times I feel super bloated before going to bed, so I drink ginger tea to help my stomach feel better. This blend with mint helps really well with feeling bloated or having an upset stomach. All you need is a teaspoon or two per cup of hot water. I usually only drink one cup at a time. This bag of loose leaf tea will last a while.
